The brief
A manufacturing plant in Sharjah needed a production line that could fill and seal liquid pouches — doypack format — not a standalone catalogue filler for bottles.
The buyer had to see that the Chinese line matched the pouch format, dosing and seal. A machine that only looked similar in a brochure was not enough.

The challenge
For industrial equipment, finding a machine with the right name is only the beginning.
Lines built for bottles or generic sachets were not treated as a match for this pouch application.
Different Chinese manufacturers can offer equipment that looks similar in photographs and catalogues, while configuration, capacity, specifications and suitability for a particular product can be very different.
The client needed more than a supplier contact. They needed a China sourcing partner that could understand the production requirement, identify suitable manufacturers, compare equipment and coordinate the process from China to the UAE.
On the ground in China
GulfCN searched Chinese manufacturers of automatic filling and packaging machinery.
The team reviewed manufacturers and evaluated equipment, production capability and experience with comparable industrial applications.
The focus was not the lowest quotation. The complete requirement:

Looking beyond the catalogue
A catalogue photo of a pouch or a filler is not a production line. The job was to match the Sharjah brief to a machine that could fill, pack and seal in the required format.
Once suitable manufacturers were identified, GulfCN coordinated the technical discussion between the UAE client and the Chinese supplier.
The selected solution was an automated process for filling, packaging and sealing. Configuration was checked against the client’s workflow and packaging format before the project moved forward.
From China to Sharjah
After the manufacturer and configuration were agreed, GulfCN coordinated sourcing and supply from China to the UAE.
The role was commercial coordination between the UAE buyer and the Chinese manufacturer — from the initial equipment requirement to a completed supply.
The equipment was sourced in China and supplied to the client’s production operation in Sharjah, UAE.
