GulfCN is a Dubai-based China sourcing company (office in Meydan, Dubai). Our own China-side team inspects goods in person against your specification, approved sample or agreed requirements — during production, before shipment and at container loading — before goods leave for the UAE and before you pay the remaining 50%. You receive a QC report with photos and video, and the shipment goes ahead only after the agreed issues are resolved.
For UAE B2B and project orders, quality control is a separate step from supplier verification. The supplier is checked before the order; the goods are checked before shipment. A factory audit in China checks the production site; quality control checks the goods.

Pre-shipment inspection (PSI)
Finished goods are checked before shipment and before the final 50% payment.
Container loading check
Quantity, cartons and packing are checked at loading, before the container leaves the factory.
Re-inspection after correction
If defects are found and corrected, replaced or reproduced, the goods are checked again before shipment.
Equipment and machinery inspection in operation
The configuration is checked against the brief and the machine is recorded running.

Quality control can be run on an order where the supplier was found by you.
The inspection type and scope are agreed for each order. Inspection is carried out by our own team in person; it is not laboratory testing or certification.

The number of units to be inspected and the acceptance criteria for critical, major and minor defects are agreed with you before the inspection. The report states how many units were checked and covers the inspected sample only, not unchecked units.
Quality inspection reduces shipment risk but cannot guarantee that no hidden defect will ever appear after delivery.

When to order quality control
- During production for large or custom orders (during-production inspection, DUPRO).
