Production monitoring is how the order is progressing. A final quality control inspection checks whether the product meets the agreed requirements. They are different steps.

What you receive at each check

• Photos from the factory — the line, materials and components, goods in progress, packaging and labelling.
• Video from the factory — for example the line or equipment running.
• A written update in the report structure above: stage, status against the agreed schedule, issues found, the supplier's response and the next check.

How you receive it. Updates can be discussed on WhatsApp.

Who checks. Our own China-side team visits the factory in person. Where on-site and remote checks are combined, this is agreed for the job.

• Chinese New Year. Factories slow down and close around the holiday, and work can also slow in the period before and after it while staff leave and return. Orders that overlap the holiday need an agreed plan and closer follow-up; we record what the factory commits to before and after the break.
• Materials and components. Late or substituted raw materials hold up the line. We check materials and components against the specification and record any substitution before it reaches finished goods.
• Sample approval. Production often waits on an approved sample. We track whether the approval step is closed and production has really started.
• Specification changes. Changes after the order is placed can reset parts of the plan. We record what changed, when, and how the supplier says it affects the schedule.
• Factory capacity. A line can be shared with other orders. We compare quantities produced with the agreed plan at each check.
• QC rework. If issues are found during production or at inspection, correction or reproduction takes time. We record the corrective action and the re-check.
• Logistics and booking. Container booking and the shipping slot can move the dispatch date. We report readiness for shipment so booking can be planned; shipment to the UAE goes via Jebel Ali where that is the route.

Completion dates are not guaranteed. When a delay is found, it is recorded, raised with the supplier and reported to you with what is known, so you can decide the next commercial step.

1. 50% deposit — production starts. The order is placed with the agreed specification and commercial terms. If the supplier or site has not been checked yet, this is the point for supplier verification or a factory audit — before the deposit.
2. Production monitoring — between the payments. We follow the order at the factory: schedule, materials, workmanship, quantities, packaging, delays and corrective actions, with photo and video reports at the agreed stages.
3. Quality control — before the remaining 50%. Quality control checks the goods against the specification or approved sample (during-production inspection, pre-shipment inspection, container loading check, re-inspection after correction). The remaining 50% is paid after quality control, before shipment.
