From a Product Idea to the Right Production Equipment in China
Multi-chamber detergent pods for a Dubai manufacturer
A Dubai cleaning-products manufacturer needed a line for multi-chamber water-soluble detergent pods — liquid or gel and granules in one soluble film.
GulfCN went to a China trade fair to match the brief to real filling equipment, not to a product photo.
The buyer stays in Dubai. The search is on the ground in China.

Trade fair — detergent pods
The brief
The Dubai manufacturer needed production equipment for multi-chamber water-soluble pods: liquid or gel plus granules in one soluble film. This was a search for the right line in China, not a closed import.
On the ground in China
GulfCN went to a China trade fair, looked at filling equipment and samples on the stands, and compared them with the brief. The buyer stayed in Dubai. Factory work and the fair were in China.
Follow-up on the same brief
The China team kept comparing filling setups and finished multi-chamber samples at the stand, so the Dubai manufacturer gets a shortlist of lines that can actually run liquid/gel and granules in one film — not a catalogue photo.
The buyer stays in Dubai. The matching stays on the ground in China.
Looking beyond the catalogue
A catalogue photo of a pod is not a production line. The job was to match the brief to real filling equipment and drop lines that could not do multi-chamber fill.
What we checked
On the floor we checked the equipment, the samples, and whether the fill could put liquid or gel and granules into one soluble film. Lines without multi-chamber filling were screened out.
