Pasta Production Equipment from China for a Dubai Manufacturer

The brief

The Dubai manufacturer needed pasta production equipment: how raw material is fed, how the extrusion system works, what the finished pasta looks like, whether output is consistent, and whether dies can be changed for other shapes. This was a search for the right line in China, not a closed import.

On the ground in China

GulfCN identified relevant manufacturers and inspected equipment where it was running. The team documented the line with photos and video so the Dubai client could see the process without travelling for the first evaluation.

One machine showed extrusion in real time: dough into the barrel, through the die, cut as ridged tubular pasta into the crate. That is information a quotation sheet does not give.

Looking beyond the catalogue

A machine can look complete in a brochure and still be the wrong configuration. The questions on this job were whether the line runs consistently, whether the build is suitable for production — not only a stand demo — and whether the manufacturer can change dies and adapt the setup.
